- Notice is hereby given that Chemeketa Community College intends to purchase and install Musco lighting equipment for the Salem campus soccer facilities. Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.220 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements), this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the college’s intent to enter into a price agreement with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC. through the KCDA 23-406 Sport Court and Field Lighting contract. The College has determined that the use of this contract will result in substantial administrative efficiencies and cost savings.
