The College intends to enter into a contract with the selected CM/GC firm for the full scope of work. Selections will be based on each firm's qualifications, scoring criteria, and capacity, as outlined in this RFP.
The Project consists of the construction of a new approximately 12,000 SF Trades Center facility and associated improvements to Buildings 20, 33, and 42 within the north campus “CTE Quad.” The Project is intended to support current and future apprenticeship, welding, fabrication, HVAC/R, sheet metal, and related workforce training programs.
