Pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.220 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements), this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the college’s intent to enter into a price agreement with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC. through the KCDA 23-406 Sport Court and Field Lighting contract. The College has determined that the use of this contract will result in substantial administrative efficiencies and cost savings.

The term of the aforementioned agreement is effective through February 28, 2027, unless otherwise amended. The College estimates the cumulative total of the procurement(s) to be over $250,000.
Vendors, who would otherwise be prospective bidders, must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of Procurement Services, and be received by the college’s Procurement Services office, via e-mail to Procurement@Chemeketa.edu no later than 5:00 PM PST on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Email submissions must include 'Comments on Intent to Establish Contract – KCD A 406' in the subject line. Paper, hand-delivered, or faxed submissions will not be accepted.
The college shall respond to any vendor having submitted comments by the deadline, June 23, 2026, 5:00 PM, and shall make a written determination whether the interstate cooperative procurement described herein is in the best interest of the college. Comments received later than seven days from the date of this publication will not be considered.
