AARP Driver Safety Program (ADS)
Safer driving may save you money and save lives!
Refresh your knowledge of the rules of the road and learn research-based safety strategies to help you stay safe, confident, independent, and connected in your community. This course also covers how to adapt to changes in yourself, your vehicle, and the driving environment.
Participants who complete the AARP Smart Driver (ADS) course may be eligible for a multi-year automobile insurance discount in most states. Please consult your insurance agent for details, as restrictions may apply. AARP membership is not required, and there are no road tests to pass.
A $20 fee applies for AARP members, and a $25 fee applies for non-members, payable during class. Please bring your driver’s license, AARP card if you are a member, and lunch to the session.
